Five independent AI systems or sessions examine the same manuscript, challenge the original narrator and produce convergent and divergent readings. The living subject then talks back.

When the Evidence Changes the Machine

The project is reframed as an auditable study of evidence-conditioned interpretive revision. The question shifts away from a final personality verdict and toward the history of machine revisions.

Mapping the Living Subject

The design expands into a versioned, non-clinical person map that separates testimony, artifacts, repeated patterns, inference and speculation.

Phase III — When the Humans Enter the Room

Blind human evaluators, methodologists, domain experts, external reality contact and prospective observations are introduced so the project can test where machine interpretation survives contact with independent human and real-world evidence.

What can a long-term digital record reliably preserve about a living human, how should interpretations change when new evidence arrives, and where must the record admit that it is not the person?
